The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your interactions with the Services to provide, maintain, secure, and improve its platform and related services.

NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Nevada residents may request to review certain covered information that we maintain about them and may request corrections to that information by contacting us at:

Nevada law also permits a consumer to submit a verified request directing a covered operator not to make any future sale of covered information concerning that consumer.

Your request should include sufficient information for us to reasonably verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.
We will respond to a verified Nevada opt-out request within 60 days after receiving it. When reasonably necessary and permitted by Nevada law, we may extend the response period by up to 30 additional days. If an extension is required, we will notify you.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside your state, province, or country of residence, including the United States and countries in which Shopify or our other service providers operate.
