RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

At Jesus Teaches Money™, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully before completing your order.


Digital Products 

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • PDF workbooks

  • Digital study resources

  • Downloadable guides or materials

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us at support@jesusteachesmoney.com, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


Physical Products 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible physical items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jesusteachesmoney.com.
Return instructions will be provided if the return is approved.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@jesusteachesmoney.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products (if offered)

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a physical product return is approved, you may place a new order after the return is processed.


European Union Customers

If physical merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

This provision does not apply to digital downloads once access has been granted.


Refund Processing

If a return for a physical item is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@jesusteachesmoney.com.
